About Anina Graham

For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for learning and understanding the functioning of the human body and the manner in which every single cell, tendon, ligament and muscle works together like a well oiled machine. I completed a degree in Human Movement Science at the now Nelson Mandela University  in 2008. In 2009 I completed my Honours specializing in Biokinetics. I have spent eight years working in private practice in Johannesburg where I obtained experience and knowledge in orthopeadic and neurological rehabilitation, sport’s injury prevention and rehabilitation, postural abnormalities, cardiac and metabolic disease management and general health and wellness. During the past three years, I have focused on the treatment of spinal disorders and back and neck rehabilitation.

A university lecturer used to say: “We are wonderfully made”. It is truly amazing to see, with the right exercise prescription, how the human body can adapt and respond and the manner in which it can aid recovery, decrease discomfort and increase a person’s functionality.

About Hannah Nelson

I enjoy anything adventurous and exploring outdoors but helping people has always been something I naturally gravitated towards.
So what better way to do that by helping people reach their exercise, rehabilitative and personal goals though movement, knowledge and healthy habits!
I have a lot of interest in orthopedics and sport specific rehabilitation! I am so excited to be part of the team!
